Music: Fred Bear

Ted Nugent – Fred Bear

Ted Nugent is a great voice of freedom, liberty, hunting, guns, and music.

He makes himself heard in the media and I really enjoy watching videos of him on YouTube.  Here are some of my favourites.

But he is also a musician and well know for some of his rock’n’roll songs.  Of relevance to you and me here is his famous ballad about Fred Bear, the late bowhunting proponent.

A Great Ted Nugent Ballad – Fred Bear

Music: Pretty Boy Floyd – Woody Guthrie

Some will rob you with a six gun- Some with a fountain pen

“As through this life you ramble
You’ll meet some funny men
Some will rob you with a six gun
Some with a fountain pen
As through this life you ramble
As through this life you roam
You’ll never see an outlaw
Take a family from their home”

Music: Warriors of the World

Man’o’war – Warriors of the World

Whether you are at home and need some energizing music or at the gym pounding out the last couple reps of deadlifts or bench press at the gym – this is a song you need.  You’re Welcome.  Just try to not be energized after this fantastic metal ballad.

“All who stand in my way will die by my steel!”

Music: A Country Boy Can Survive

Hank Williams Jr. – A Country Boy Can Survive

The Interest is up and the stock market’s down – and you’ll only get mugged if you go downtown.

I’ve got a shotgun, rifle, and a four wheel drive – and a country boy can survive.

I can plough a field all day long, I can catch catfish from dusk till dawn.

Make our own whisky and our own smoke too – ain’t too many things these old boys can’t do.

Grow good ol tomatoes and homemade wine – and a country boy can survive.

We can skin a buck, we can run a trout line – and a country boy can survive.

What a great song.  Pretty much sums up a lot of the topics that interest us striving for self sufficiency and personal sovereignty.  Hank Williams Jr. is a great music artist and has some great songs.  Watch the video here then head off to YouTube to find some related ones.
